When will payment be taken?
Payment for the Christmas Crackers will be taken in full when you checkout.
Can I use ClearPay or Klarna?
Yes, add the Christmas Cracker to your basket and head to checkout, select either Clearpay or Klarna as your payment method.
Can I return the cracker?
The cracker is non-refundable.
When will the Christmas cracker be dispatched?
The cracker will be dispatched week commencing 3rd Nov, so you will be receive it in plenty of time before 1st December.
Can I have the bracelet sizes adjusted within the cracker?
Yes, we can alter the bracelet sizes before dispatch. You will need to add the correct number of Size Alterations to your basket.
