Yes! All our pieces are handmade here in the UK using 925 sterling silver or 18ct gold plating, giving you the most luxurious look and quality.

Our Couture collection is 22ct gold plated.

We aim to always have all your favourite items available for you, however, some of our most popular pieces can have an extremely high demand. Any items out of stock can take up to 3 weeks.

Payments can be made through PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express.

Yes, whether you have sensitive skin, are prone to skin allergies or get easily irritated when wearing certain metals, you can still wear ChloBo Jewellery.

All ChloBo jewellery is AnchorCert Protect approved, which means you are protected against all known metal allergens.

If you have an account with us, you will receive a birthday voucher via email. This is sent from 2 weeks before your special day so you can treat yourself.

To receive your birthday offer you must be opted into emails and have provided us with your birthday no later than 2 weeks before. Your date of birth should be entered in the profile section of your account.

Codes are only redeemable when logged into the account associated with the email address to which the birthday offer was sent.

Codes are only valid once.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

The answer is YES!

All ChloBo beaded bracelets are lovingly handmade to standard sizes, however a variation in bead sizes may alter these slightly.


Women’s: 18cm
Men’s: 20cm



We offer a size alteration service so that you can have your bracelet made to measure for a perfect fit.

Simply add a size alteration to your basket and select which size you require from the options available.

If you are purchasing more than 1 item on your order, please specify which product is to be altered in the comments section on checkout.


Please note:

The alteration charge of £5 is per bracelet. Sets and Stacks will require 1 size alteration per bracelet.

Alterations are only available for bracelets within the 12-month warranty. If you would like a size alteration on any product outside of the 12-month warranty please contact our repairs team at repairs@chlobo.co.uk

Any bracelet that has been made to measure is non-refundable.

All ChloBo Kids bracelets are lovingly handmade to 15cm to fit perfectly on smaller wrists.

Unfortunately, we do not offer size alterations on ChloBo Kids bracelets.

Each of our handmade bracelets are made with small beads and charms, so please be aware that they could be a choking hazard if broken.

Therefore, we do not recommend that they are given to children under the age of 3 and should be worn under the supervision of an adult.

Although everything we make is to the highest quality, we do not recommend that our jewellery is worn for playing or crawling, this is to increase durability and to allow them to be a gift that lasts a lifetime.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 working hours. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with delivery information to track your parcel.

You can cancel your order if this has not yet been processed. All orders are processed and dispatched at a fast pace, so if you decide to cancel your order we suggest doing so within an hour of the order being placed.

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!  All international orders include duties and taxes so there will be no additional charges on delivery.

VAT (20% tax) is included in the product prices listed on our website for all orders being delivered to the UK.

International orders will have the VAT (20%) automatically deducted from the order total at checkout.

ChloBo promises to refund any item(s) you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and are in a re-saleable condition.

Please note: We do not offer returns on gift wrap, perfume, personalised products, size alterations and earrings for hygiene purposes.

We have a dedicated repairs service to keep your jewellery looking its best.

All ChloBo jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty. Should your jewellery become tarnished or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we promise to repair or replace the item free of charge within one year of purchase.

After the 12-month warranty period, don’t worry, we’re still here to help! Our dedicated repairs team can repair any accidental damage or breakages for a small charge and restore them back to their original glory.
