Claire House Does Strictly 2024!

Over £72,000 raised for Claire House...

As part of our longstanding partnership with Claire House children's hospice, we sponsored this years Claire House Does Strictly, which raised over £72,000 of vital funds for the charity. Not only did we have the pleasure of being headline sponsors at the event, two members of the ChloBo team, proudly danced at the event - our Managing Director, Andi Lee and our Retail Communications Manager, Jessica Plimley!

About Claire House

Claire House Children's Hospice helps seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full, creating experiences they can enjoy, bringing a sense of normality back to their families.

Claire House provides specialist nursing, end of life care and emotional support to families as they embark on some of the toughest moments of their lives. But Claire House is more than just care, it offers a space for poorly children to relax and have fun, with multi -sensory rooms, art and hydrotherapy, as well as a separate area complete with sound system and Xbox for teenagers and young adults. This allows respite for the parents, offering them some much needed time off together or the opportunity to spend time with their other children.

After weeks of preparation our Managing Director, Andi Lee and Retail Communications Manager, Jessica Plimley took to the stage to help raise vital funds for Claire House.

Andi spoke about our partnership with Claire House saying "we have been ambassadors for many years and will be for years to come... what makes our partnership so special is that we align perfectly, Claire House is more than just care, it's about creating magical moments that last a lifetime."

Jessica took to the stage in place of Alex, who was dancing in memory of her son Sid. Jessica expressed her gratitude saying "I'm so grateful for the opportunity to take on this challenge and to raise such vital funds for a new Claire House centre in West Derby."
