ChloBo promises to refund item(s) you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt in a re-saleable condition.
We do not offer returns on gift wrap, perfume, personalised products, size alterations and earrings for hygiene purposes
We do not offer exchanges at this time
Delivery costs will be refunded on faulty items only
Any order which receives a free gift with minimum spend must return the free gift to be eligible for a full refund. Failure to return the free gift will mean the value of the gift being deducted from the refund total
To return your item:
1. Please print and complete the Returns Form below and enclose it within your return.
2. Post it back to us using the address on the Returns Form.
We always recommend that you send your jewellery to us in a secure padded envelope and use a signed for delivery service as we do not accept liability for lost items.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receipt, although in busy periods this may vary.
Once the refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.
All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Need a Size Alteration?
We also offer a size alteration service where you can have your bracelet made to measure so it fits perfectly. If you have already purchased the item, please get in touch with email@example.com to discuss the needed alteration.
