Any breakages under the 12 month warranty with proof of purchase will be repaired free of charge. After the 12 month warranty period, any accidental damage/ breakage can be repaired at a small charge. Unfortunately, if all components have been lost we cannot repair nor replace your item.
Post items via recorded delivery to the below address, please ensure that enclose your proof of purchase/invoice (if you have it), contact details and returns address.
We always recommend that you send your jewellery in to us in a secure padded envelope, using Royal Mail Signed for. We pride ourselves on our speedy service and strive for your repair to be returned to you within 15 working days, however please note that this is subject to stock.
