Refund policy

ChloBo promises to refund any item(s) you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, simply ensure it is in an unworn condition and accompanied by your proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns on earrings for hygiene purposes.
  • We do not offer returns on gift wrap, perfume or personalised products.
  • Please note we can only accept returns on our Soul Wellness range if returned unused and unopened.
  • Delivery costs will be refunded on faulty items only.
  • Any order which receives a free gift with minimum spend, must return the free gift to be eligible for a full refund. Failure to return the free gift will mean the value of the gift being deducted from the refund total.
