All UK mainland orders are FREE delivery when over £70.
We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but please do allow up to 3-5 business days for standard UK delivery, particularly as all our items are handmade to order.
Due to high demand please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch during a sale period. We apologise for any courier delays that may occur due to these unprecedented times.
However, please allow up to 10 working days for the dispatch of any pieces from ChloBo Couture.
Due to COVID-19 keeping our staff and customers safe during these difficult times is our number one priority and we are taking every measure we can to ensure we maintain the highest safety levels. Please be assured that we are trying to get your orders to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
Deliveries will be made between 9-5 Monday – Friday and must be signed for.
If you have ordered with Next Day Delivery before 1 pm Mon-Fri, your order will be with you the next working day (excludes bank holidays).
All mainland UK deliveries will be made via Parcel Force and Royal Mail. Other UK destinations such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man etc, will be delivered by Parcel Force.
Customs Duty and Tax
EU Orders – All orders dispatched to the EU are inclusive of VAT.
Will I need to pay duty and taxes at customs? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! If you are shipping to a European address, we will cover any additional customs duty or tax.
International Orders – When you enter an international shipping address at the checkout, VAT (at 20%) will be automatically deducted from the order total. However, please note you may be subject to customs duty, taxes, levies, or other charges. These fees/charges are unfortunately out of ChloBo’s control as they are levied by the border force/customs office of your country, and we cannot predict what these may be.
We advise that you review the customs formalities and import fees before placing an order with ChloBo because you may be charged as the importer of our product.
Please be aware that the recipient of your order, not the person placing the order on ChloBo’s website will be responsible for all customs formalities for the import of ChloBo’s product/s and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings. We also do not offer any refunds on any personalised/engravable products or perfume.
ChloBo promises to refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. For more info please click here.
