All UK mainland orders are FREE delivery when over £65.

All mainland UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail, other UK destinations (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man etc) will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Most internet orders are dispatched on the next business day but please allow up to 5 business days for standard UK delivery because all items are handmade to order. Deliveries will be made between 9-5 Monday – Friday and must be signed for.

ChloBo promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 Days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. For more info please click here.

All of our pieces are lovingly created using 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plating, Rose Gold Plating & Semi-Precious Stones. These Stones are natural and therefore unique so from time to time may vary in size, tone and finish. Small imperfections or 'beauty spots', as we like to call them, are inherent and add character and individuality to the Stone.

In order to prolong the beauty and lustre we recommend that your ChloBo piece should avoid contact with perfume, false tan, lotions, chlorine etc. Please handle with care and if required gently clean the Silver with a polishing cloth.
