Field Sales Manager – ChloBo

We are looking for a talented and creative Field Sales Account Manager to help develop opportunities in the South of England for our fashion jewellery brand. We are an ambitious, tight knit team with a global outlook and a rapidly expanding business in the UK.

Competitive Salary + Commission, Car & Benefits. Applicants will ideally be based close to the M25 corridor or Home Counties and happy to travel.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a client facing Field Sales or Field Based Account Manager role from within a retail or FMCG environment. Experience from within the jewellery or fashion retail industry would be highly desirable. You will need to be sales focussed and target driven with strong customer emphasis and commercial awareness to achieve sales success. The role is multi-faceted and will involve managing and promoting sales orders, providing support and training to individuals and teams within the retail outlets and advising on high quality merchandising and branding.

This role will involve extensive travel to retailers and outlets across the South of the UK for 4 days per week and one day per week to be spent in head office in Chester. Applicants will need to be comfortable and experienced in a field based role with extensive travel.


Competitive salary package depending on experience + commission. The role will require an average of 40 hours per week worked on a flexible basis to ensure that the required number of store visits are achieved, a company car (BMW) and a company credit card.
