How do I unsubscribe from ChloBo’s mailing list?


If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list, there is a button at the bottom of every email we send. Alternatively, you can send an email to customerservice@chlobo.co.uk requesting to unsubscribe and we will take you off our list.

 
Where can I buy ChloBo other than online?


ChloBo is available across the UK and Ireland in a variety of stores, if you want to know the closest spot to you please refer to our stockist page: www.chlobo.co.uk/our-stockists

 
I didn’t receive my birthday voucher code, what should I do? 


You should receive your birthday code on the day of your birthday via email, if you can’t see it in your inbox we suggest to take a look in your junk! However, if this is not the case, please email customerservice@chlobo.co.uk with the email used to sign up so we can get your voucher to you as quick as possible.

 

My discount code won't work, why not? 

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or sale items. If you are still unable to use your code on full price items, please contact customerservice@chlobo.co.uk.

 

How long will it take for a product to come back in stock? 


We aim to have all your favourite pieces available to you at all times, however, some of our most popular pieces can have an extremely high demand. Any out of stock items can take up to 3 weeks to be back as our pieces are sourced from all over the world.

 

What payments does ChloBo accept?


Payments can be made through PayPal and Sage Pay and we accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

 

I have sensitive skin and/or skin allergies, can I wear ChloBo jewellery?

 

Yes – whether you have sensitive skin, are prone to skin allergies or get easily irritated when wearing certain metals you can still wear ChloBo Jewellery. Each metal element within our jewellery has been tested and approved by AnchorCert Protect to ensure that it is safe for your skin, even if you already have skin allergies.  Can ChloBo bracelets be made to measure?


The answer is YES! All of our bracelets are made to the standards size of 18cm. However if you require a different size, you can measure your wrist, let us know your desired size.

Can bracelets be made larger?

In order to cover the cost of the silver there is a flat rate charge of £5 for a larger size bracelet.

If you would like a bracelet made larger please call us or email customerservice@chlobo.co.uk  immediately after making the purchase with the size you require in centimetres, your order number and the name of the bracelet you would like resizing.

If the bracelet is older than 12 months or not under warranty the resizing will be carried out by our repairs department – your bracelet will be taken apart and restrung with the extra beads required. The cost for this service is £18, please contact our repairs department for more information repairs@chlobo.co.uk.

Can bracelets be made smaller?

If you would like a bracelet made smaller please call us or email customerservice@chlobo.co.uk  immediately after making the purchase with the size you require in centimetres, your order number and the name of the bracelet you would like resizing.

If you are buying in store, you can ask the stockist to send a bracelet back to ChloBo HQ to be resized if needs be.

If you would like the bracelet making smaller after the 12 month warranty the cost will be our standard restring charge which is £12.

ChloBo Man bracelets are measured to 20cm, and can also be altered.

 

What size are the ChloBo Kids bracelets?

All our children’s bracelets are made to 15cm to fit perfectly on smaller wrists. 

Unfortunately we do not offer size alterations for ChloBo Kid's bracelets.

What size are the ChloBo Man bracelets?

All our Men's range of bracelets are made to 20cm but can be altered if reqired. 

 

How can I contact the ChloBo team if there is a problem with my order?


In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please email customerservice@chlobo.co.uk  we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. During our busy periods, the response time might increase slightly, so please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. ChloBo’s office hours are 9am-5pm GMT Monday to Friday.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

All mainland UK deliveries will be made via Parcel Force and Royal Mail, other UK destinations (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man etc) will be delivered by Parcel Force.

We endeavour to dispatch you order as quickly as possible but please do allow up to 5 business days for standard UK delivery. All our items are handmade to order.

During peak times delivery times may differ. 

Please allow for 10 working days for delivery during Black Friday, Christmas and Sale periods. 

 

Can I track my order?


You can track your order using the Royal Mail website, you will find your tracking number on your invoice, sent to you via email:https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
We also send parcels out using Parcel Force, which you can track on:https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace

 

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?


Under the unlikely circumstance your order does not arrive, please contact our dispatch team on customerservice@chlobo.co.uk . Alternatively, you can track your order via Royal Mail tracking.

 
Can I cancel my order? 


You can cancel your order by emailing customerservice@chlobo.co.uk , orders are processed and dispatched at ChloBo HQ at a fast pace, so if you do decide you need to cancel your order we suggest doing so within an hour.

Do you accept returns?


ChloBo promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 Days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only. Please include all contact details. 
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings. Post items via recorded delivery to the below address, please ensure that you include proof of purchase:

Who do I contact for repairs and is it free?


Our repair specialist Ruth is the person to contact when your ChloBo needs a little TLC, her email is repairs@chlobo.co.uk. Our repair service is free for up to a year from purchase date with a receipt or invoice.

 
What is included in the repair service?

- Bead/charm/chain replacement 
- Replating 
- Specialist Clean

 
What’s the best way of cleaning jewellery?


You will receive a care card with your ChloBo order giving you information on how to care for pieces. If you feel your piece needs a little sprucing up we suggest using a polishing cloth or use mild soap and warm water.
