Are your bracelets Handmade?

Yes! Each item of ChloBo Jewellery is lovingly handmade in the UK, using 925 sterling silver or 18ct gold plating and rose gold plating. Women’s bracelets are handmade to approximately 18cm, Children’s are handmade to approximately 15cm and Men’s are handmade to approximately 20cm but different styles could vary slightly.

Where can I buy ChloBo other than online?

I didn’t receive my birthday voucher code, what should I do? 

You should receive your birthday code on the day of your birthday via email, if you can’t see it in your inbox we suggest to take a look in your junk! However, if this is not the case, please email with the email used to sign up so we can get your voucher to you as quick as possible.


What is your first order discount code? 

If you are new to ChloBo and have not ordered with us before, simply create a customer account and use the discount code FIRSTORDER10 in the 'Apply Discount' section when you check out. This can only be used once and you must be logged into your customer account. 

My discount code won't work, why not? 

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or sale items.

Some of our promotional codes are only valid if you are logged into your customer account. Simply create a customer account to use the discount code but please double check you are entering the exact code and that it is still valid.

How long will it take for a product to come back in stock? 

We aim to have all your favourite pieces available to you at all times, however, some of our most popular pieces can have an extremely high demand. Any out of stock items can take up to 3 weeks to be back as our pieces are sourced from all over the world.


What payments does ChloBo accept?

Payments can be made through PayPal, Klarna and Sage Pay and we accept all major credit cards and debit cards.


I have sensitive skin and/or skin allergies, can I wear ChloBo jewellery?


Yes – whether you have sensitive skin, are prone to skin allergies or get easily irritated when wearing certain metals you can still wear ChloBo Jewellery. Each metal element within our jewellery has been tested and approved by AnchorCert Protect to ensure that it is safe for your skin, even if you already have skin allergies. How do I unsubscribe from ChloBo’s mailing list?

If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list, there is a button at the bottom of every email we send. Alternatively, you can send an email to requesting to unsubscribe and we will take you off our list.

 Can ChloBo bracelets be made to measure?

The answer is YES! All of our womens bracelets are made to the standard size of 18cm. However if you require a different size, you can measure your wrist and let us know your desired size. Please see below for more information.

Please note, we do not offer size alterations to necklaces.

Can bracelets be made larger?

In order to cover the cost of the silver there is a flat rate charge of £5 for a larger size bracelet.

If the bracelet is older than 12 months or not under warranty the resizing will be carried out by our repairs department – your bracelet will be taken apart and restrung with the extra beads required. The cost for this service is £18, please contact our repairs department for more information

Can bracelets be made smaller?

There is no extra charge for this. Simply write the new size you require (in centimetres) in the notes section at the checkout. If you are purchasing more than one piece of jewellery please specify which items you would like resizing.

If you would like the bracelet making smaller after the 12 months warranty the cost will be our standard restring charge which is £12.

If you are buying in store, you can ask the stockist to send a bracelet back to ChloBo HQ to be resized if needs be.

ChloBo Man bracelets are measured to 20cm, and can also be altered.


What size are the ChloBo Kids bracelets?

All our children’s bracelets are made to 15cm to fit perfectly on smaller wrists. 

Unfortunately we do not offer size alterations for ChloBo Kid's bracelets.

What size are the ChloBo Man bracelets?

All our Men's range of bracelets are made to 20cm but can be altered if reqired. 


How can I contact the ChloBo team if there is a problem with my order?

In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please email  we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. During our busy periods, the response time might increase slightly, so please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. ChloBo’s office hours are 9am-5pm GMT Monday to Friday.


How long will my order take to arrive?

We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possibly but please do allow up to 3-5 business days for standard UK delivery, particularly as all our items are handmade to order. 

However, please allow up to 10 working days for the dispatch of any pieces from ChloBo Couture.

For orders to Ireland is it important to note that our couriers, Parcel Force, are experiencing high delays due to the amalgamation of Covid, Brexit and high volume of deliveries to depots. We endeavour to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible and apologise for any delays via our couriers.

Deliveries will be made between 9-5 Monday – Friday and must be signed for.

All mainland UK deliveries will be made via Parcel Force and Royal Mail. Other UK destinations such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man etc, will be delivered by Parcel Force.

Can I track my order?

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

Under the unlikely circumstance your order does not arrive, please contact our dispatch team on . Alternatively, you can track your order via Royal Mail tracking.

Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order by emailing , orders are processed and dispatched at ChloBo HQ at a fast pace, so if you do decide you need to cancel your order we suggest doing so within an hour.


Will I need to pay customs duty and taxes on my order?

As a result of the UK leaving the EU, products that are delivered to Ireland or any other EU country are now classed as an international delivery and may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies, or other charges. These fees/charges are unfortunately out of ChloBo’s control as they are levied by the border force/customs office of your country and we cannot predict what these may be. However, VAT will automatically be deducted from any orders being delivered to the EU when you enter your shipping address at the checkout.

We advise that you review the customs formalities and import fees before placing an order with ChloBo because you may be charged as the importer of our product.

Please be aware that the recipient of your order, not the person placing the order on ChloBo’s website will be responsible for all customs formalities for the import of ChloBo’s product/s and will be required to pay any additional charges for an international delivery.

Do you accept returns?

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings. We also do not offer any refunds on any personalised/engravable products or perfume.

ChloBo promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with (except earrings and perfume), provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 Days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only. Please include all contact details.

Who do I contact for repairs and is it free?

Our repair specialist Ruth is the person to contact when your ChloBo needs a little TLC, her email is Our repair service is free for up to a year from purchase date with a receipt or invoice.

What is included in the repair service?

What’s the best way of cleaning jewellery?

You will receive a care card with your ChloBo order giving you information on how to care for pieces. If you feel your piece needs a little sprucing up we suggest using a polishing cloth or use mild soap and warm water.
