All of our pieces are lovingly created using 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plating, Rose Gold Plating & Semi-Precious Stones. These Stones are natural and therefore unique so from time to time may vary in size, tone and finish. Small imperfections or 'beauty spots', as we like to call them, are inherent and add character and individuality to the Stone.
In order to prolong the beauty and lustre we recommend that your ChloBo piece should avoid contact with perfume, false tan, lotions, chlorine etc. Please handle with care and if required gently clean the Silver with a polishing cloth.

Need a size alteration? If you would like a bracelet to be resized to a larger size please call our customer service team on 01244 470244 or email customerservice@chlobo.co.uk immediately after making the purchase with the size you require in centimetres, your order number and the name of the bracelet you would like resizing. The charge to resize your new bracelet is £5. Please see our FAQ page for more information and costings.

All UK mainland orders are FREE delivery when over £70.
All mainland UK deliveries will be made via Parcel Force and Royal Mail, other UK destinations (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man etc) will be delivered by Parcel Force.
We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possibly but please do allow up to 5 business days for standard UK delivery, particularly as all our items are handmade to order. If you have ordered with Next Day Delivery before 1pm Mon-Fri, your order will be with you the next working day.

Deliveries will be made between 9-5 Monday – Friday and must be signed for.
Please allow for 10 working days for delivery during Black Friday, Christmas and Sale periods.
Refunds
ChloBo promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 Days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. For more info please click here.
