What is the ChloBo Loyalty Programme & how do I earn points?
Join our loyalty programme to earn points and get rewards! It’s simple, you’ll receive one point for every pound you spend with us, which can then be redeemed for discounts at the checkout on future purchases. Our loyalty program is tiered to allow you to earn extra treats the more you engage with us. For example, if you spend over £500, you’ll reach our top tier ‘Gold’ and receive 150 bonus points, 100 points on your birthday, early access to sales/ launches, free giveaways and much more! You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page. You must log in or create a ChloBo customer account to earn rewards.

Points can be earned in lots of different ways! You can earn points for referring your friends, following us on social media and leaving product reviews.

Please note: when placing an order you will not receive points for gift wrap or shipping and you must be logged into your ChloBo customer account.
How do I join the loyalty programme?
Joining is easy! If you already have a ChloBo customer account then you’ve already been enrolled in our loyalty programme so you can sit back, sign in, and start earning points! Simply log into your ChloBo customer account and go to the ‘Loyalty Points’ tab to view how many points you've got to redeem. If you don’t already have a customer account, just click here, and join using your name, email and a password.
Do my points & tier status expire?
Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity, so if you haven’t earnt or redeemed any points in the last 12 months they will automatically be removed from your account.

Your tier status is activated once you enter a new tier and you will remain in this tier for 12 months.
How do I redeem my points?
Exchanging your points for treats couldn't be easier! If you have 200 points or more, you will receive a discount code on the checkout page that you can use on your next ChloBo order. You also have the option to save them and wait until you have collected more points, for even bigger discounts! For 200 points you will receive £10 off, 300 points £15 off and 400 points £20 off.

You’ll also be able to view your points balance in ‘Loyalty Points’ tab within your customer account or on our rewards page when you are logged into your account. Once you have qualified for a discount, the code will appear at the checkout and you must click ‘Apply’ to activate it.
How do I view my points balance?
Your points balance will be displayed in the ‘Loyalty Points’ tab within your customer account, as well as your rewards history. Login here. Once logged into your customer account you will also see your points and tier status highlighted on the loyalty page.
I completed an activity, but I didn’t earn points…
Don’t worry! Sometimes there may be a delay, the points could take anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours to appear in your account. Double-check that you were signed into your customer account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest, as you must be logged into your account to receive the rewards. If you are still waiting, here are a few tricks that might help:

• Try to refresh your browser
• Try to log out and back into your customer account
• Check the ‘Loyalty Points’ tab in your customer account. Your ‘Rewards History’ will show you exactly when you earned the points, how you earnt them, the number of points you earnt and your points status.

Please note that reviews, photo reviews and video reviews must be accepted first before the points can be applied. If you still feel as if your points balance is not accurate, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team, email customerservice@chlobo.co.uk.
I entered my birthday into my account, but I didn’t receive any Birthday points…
Happy Birthday! To gain your birthday points you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.

If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period, you will receive your birthday points 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up. Going forward, your birthday points will then be emailed to you on your next birthday.
Returns: Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.
Returns: I've earnt points/a tier status with my last ChloBo purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my rewards?
Don’t worry! If you’ve earnt rewards on your purchase and have decided to return it, the rewards will be credited back to your customer account. For example, if you have used a £10 code on a £100 order, the £90 will be refunded and the £10 off code will go back into your customer account, ready and waiting for when you decide to make your next ChloBo purchase.
